Skills and drills designed to help build players confidence and skill on and off the ice going into tryouts and upcoming season. Please note this is NOT a goalie camp and goalie-specific training will not be provided.

***FULL HOCKEY GEAR, INCLUDING MOUTHGAURD, IS REQUIRED***
General Daily Breakdown – could change depending on registration numbers:
8:00-9:00am: Drop off
9:00-930am: Morning dryland warm up outside
9:15-10:45am: Group 1 On Ice
10:45am-12:15pm: Group 2 On Ice
11:00-12:00pm: outdoor/gym games and activities
12:00-12:30pm: lunch
12:30-2:00pm: Group 1 On Ice
2:00- 3:30pm: Group 2 On Ice
3:00-4:00pm: outdoor free time – splash pad/playground/etc.
4:00-5:00pm: Pick up
