Full Body Fitness (55+)
Formally our Strength Training (55+) class. Join Eleanor for this one hour class designed for participants aged 55 years and over. This fun gentle workout is led by a certified instructor and monitoring will be done before, during and after the exercises for safety and effectiveness of the program.
