Bookings
A $300.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date.
For any further questions or to book a social at the Crescentwood site, please call 204-488-7000. All bookings are done in person only at the River Heights site office (1370 Grosvenor Ave)
Additional Information for all hall rentals
The following are the responsibility of the booking party:
- Any food
- All utensils and food prep items
- Drink cups; beer (16oz) and liquor (9oz)
- All condiments, juices, limes, tobasco, Worchester, tonic water
- Liquor license
- Liquor and beer (including receipts for what was purchased)
- Optional: silent auction prizes
- Decorations (no confetti, glitter, candles or helium balloons)
- Cash boxes
- Music service (must comply with AVLA rules and regulations)
**Please note that due to our sports/programming schedule, the booking party may only access the halls for decorating at 5:30 PM (NO EARLIER)**
