Learn to Play Hockey

Are you interested in learning how to play hockey?  Want to see what its like and start to learn the basic skills?  Learn to play hockey is for you, this program is designed to introduce the game of hockey in a fun and safe environment. Players will need full hockey equipment for this program.  Focus will be on learning the hockey basics; skating, puck handling, shooting and passing.

Winter 2026

Winter Session 2

Age: 3-7 years old (must be able to stand on skates)

Dates: February 23 – March 30, 2026 (6 weeks)

Mondays 5:00pm – River Heights Arena

Cost: $180 plus participation fee
