Boxing Aerobics

Get a full body workout with Corydon’s Boxing Aerobics Training Program. Join us 4 days a week and kick things into high gear with a this upbeat, basic techniques and foundations class to offer participants a fun boxing aerobics experience.

Instructor will lead a 45-50 minute interval-based class that includes a group warm up, aerobic boxing training, strength and endurance floor exercise, core focused movements and cool down to round out the class. 10 minutes after class can be used for questions and additional stretching with the instructor.

This class includes a variety of workout styles to challenge participants and keep workouts fresh and motivating.

  • Floor Exercises and Circuit Training
  • Self-paced Stations
  • Skipping & Shadow Boxing
  • Partner Work
  • Basic Boxing Fundamentals
