Rental is for the hours of 8:00pm-1:00am. ***No entry prior to 5:30pm day of the event***

A $300.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date.

Additional Information for all hall rentals
The following are the responsibility of the booking party:
- Any food
- All utensils and food prep items
- All condiments, juices, limes tobasco, Worchester, soda/tonic water ,
- Liquor license
- Liquor and beer (including receipts for what was purchased)
- Optional: silent auction prizes
- Decorations (no confetti, glitter, candles or helium balloons)
- Cash boxes
- Music service (must comply with AVLA rules and regulations)
**Please note that due to our sports/programming schedule, the booking party may only access the halls for decorating at 5:30 PM (NO EARLIER)**
