Outdoor Rinks
Once the cold weather arrives, River Heights, Sir John Franklin and Crescentwood all have outdoor rinks available for public skating during the day and evening.
River Heights’ east and west rinks are used for hockey practices and drop-in skating. The pleasure rink is a no-stick, no puck policy and is located south of the East rink. Crescentwood has two outdoor rinks and one rink for pleasure skating . Sir John Franklin also has three rinks, one for hockey games/practices, one for shinny and one for pleasure skating.
Dig out the skates and enjoy the winter in Winnipeg!
